Contact Us

SixtyTools is run by a small team, and we are always glad to hear from the people who use our tools — whether you have found a bug, have a suggestion, or simply have a question.

How to reach us

All enquiries are handled through a single email address, so nothing gets lost between departments and your message reaches us directly. Whatever your question — a bug, a feature idea, feedback, a privacy question, or anything else about the platform — please write to us at support@sixtytools.com.

Email us directly support@sixtytools.com

Every message is read by a person on our team. Because we deliberately keep things simple, you do not need to choose a category or find the right department; one address covers everything.

Response time

We aim to respond within 1–3 business days. Replies may take a little longer around weekends and public holidays. If you have not heard back within a week, please check your spam folder and then feel free to send a polite follow-up.

Send us a message

You can also use the form below. It opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, so you can review and send the message from your own address and we can reply to you directly. Nothing is submitted to a server from this page, consistent with our privacy-first approach — the form simply prepares an email to support@sixtytools.com.

Reporting a bug

If something is not working or a result looks wrong, a clear report helps us fix it far more quickly. When you write to us, please include as much of the following as you can:

  • The tool you were using
  • The input values you entered
  • What you expected to happen
  • What happened instead
  • Your browser and device — for example, "Chrome on Windows" or "Safari on iPhone"
  • A screenshot, if you have one

You do not need to be technical to write a useful report. Even a short description of what looked wrong, and on which tool, gives us a solid starting point.

A note on what we can help with

We are happy to help with anything relating to the platform itself. We cannot, however, provide professional advice — the tools are for general information and education, as explained in our Disclaimer. For medical, legal, financial, or engineering decisions, please consult a qualified professional. With that in mind, we look forward to hearing from you.
